The process includes:

  • Creative play - giving your brain space to relax, process, and make new connections in the background.

  • Gratitude journalling - to shift how your brain sees the world, training it to notice more of what’s good.

  • Memory keeping - capturing moments in a richer way, making them easier to remember and more meaningful later.

  • Simple mark making and doodling - to soothe the nervous system and take the pressure off “getting it right.”

Because journalling isn’t about perfect pages or perfect words.

It’s about giving your brain space for processing, creativity, and a way to notice the good in your life again.
