Hello and Welcome to The Creative Journalling Club!

My name is Caroline and I will be your guide on your Creative Journalling Journey.

This simple and joyful process brings together my love of creativity with my fascination of how the brain works.

📖 This is journaling for people who don’t know what to say.
🎨 This is creativity for people who don’t think they’re creative.

You don’t need to write pages and pages. You don’t need to be good at art. You just need a willingness to show up in a small, simple way.

Inside this space, you’ll have structure if you want it—and complete freedom if you don’t.

Each month there will be:

• A gentle journaling prompt to get you started (but you never have to use it).

• A video tutorial showing you how to create a page—you can follow along step by step, or just take inspiration and do your own thing.

• Printable versions of my page designs, so if you’d rather skip the creating part, you can simply print, stick, and focus on the journaling and memory keeping.

• A monthly live session—a space where you can come and create alongside me. You can bring your journal, your photos, your scraps, or simply your time and attention. Or you can do everything in your own time, in your own way.

Because one of the most important things I’ve learned—about creativity and about the brain—is that we don’t all work in the same way.

Your brain will take what it needs from this space. It will pick up ideas, techniques, little nuggets—and then weave them into your own way of doing things.

And that’s exactly what I want for you.

So take the structure if it helps.
Leave it if it doesn’t.
Follow along, or go completely off-piste.

There’s no right way to do this—only your way.

This is your space to create, to remember, to process, and to gently reconnect with yourself… one page at a time.
